Anything that causes a mutation (a change in the DNA of a cell). DNA changes caused by mutagens may harm cells and cause certain diseases, such as cancer. Examples of mutagens include RADIOACTIVE SUBSTANCES, x-rays, ultraviolet radiation, and CERTAIN CHEMICALS.

Without the food industry feed lot products making Americans obese and making their teeth rot you would not need toothpaste.

Fluoride kills the bacteria that cause tooth decay but it also kills beneficial bacteria.

It does not discriminate.

Not much use to have a mouthful of pearly whites while you die of organ cancer at a young age.

I have not used fluoride products or consumed fluoridated water for several years now.

Hopefully not too late.

Fluoride making a person less intelligent was news to me.
