This is a full list, but some of the more important ones are surgery, university, algebra, flying machines, early computers (not anything close to what we today but laid the groundwork), tons of stuff in mathematics (fun fact, many mathematics principals named after European mathematicians were actually discovered by Islamic mathematicians centuries earlier), many advancements in astronomy, and other advancements in chemistry as well. Honestly, our world owes a lot to the people who invented these things and we would be in a much less advanced society without them.
