You mean the boss have no money to invest-reinvest in his/her company and it closes down causing him and his employees to be without work? Best bet is to start ones own company and pay his/her employees enough so there is no profit. See how well that works out.

There is nothing wrong with employee own businesses. Employees can gain with profits but pay into a company if it suffers loses. Btw a new company tends to lose money the first three years. Employees should also help pay for licenses and tax burdens. Let’s not forget other costly government regulations. Fair is fair.
