I kinda blurred out during the debate. First I figured I couldn't watch it as we don't get CNN (some weird FIOS package) so I put on Ch 4 NBC to catch coverage, and thought I heard RFK, as I was busy doing something. Turned out it was Biden. But after sitting to see, it became painful watching him, and Trump was spewing the same bs, so I zoned out quite a bit. I was also working on my Fulton's County Jail Blues meme, and reconfiguring Folsom Prison Blues wasn't exactly a quickie, so that also drew my attention away. Everytime I tried to pay attention, there was the pain again. Had to turn the TV up just to make out what Biden was saying.

Anywho..... I obviously wasn't up on every bit, and as Trump made references that that the crime/rape/illegals narrative would fit into....

No I don't have a time stamp. He didn't say that, it was a figure of speech. He did say that many people coming over the border, some 18 million people, mostly from prison. There aren't 18 million people in jail in Mexico, so being a Hispanic person, it was rather insulting.
