It always struck me as odd that you have to get the permission of a government body in order to sue it.

Gov. couldn't do the evil they do without it, just like all the other protected evil groups and things being done in the World today.

Feels like it was happening right from the start. Hamilton was the absolute last person who should've been given a government position. A known political mudslinger even against his allies, that duel, and creating policy that caused The Whiskey Rebellion.
