lemme explain
from a quick search, tiger running speed is around 50-65 kmh (~ 30-40 mph) and that's for short distances only
because this one is buff, it might be faster, but it's unlikely because that body type seems to fit weight lifting more than fast running
where i live, most roads like the one on the pic (fairly isolated and looks to be a main road) have a speed limit of 80 to 100 km/h (50 to 62 mph) meaning that i could go faster with a car (you can see part of it on the bottom of the pic) than the tiger without even having to break the speed limit
but even if the tiger is indeed faster than that original estimate, i'd still be fine (although no longer legally, because i broke the speed limit) as most cars have top speeds between 160 and 200 kmh (100 to 124 mph), which is double the speed limit in this case and would be enough even if the tiger's speed was doubled as well
(obviously this is all hypothetical though, i'm not a professional)
