You are what you eat

I never understood this term and never will...

It basically means if you eat food that's bad for you, you’ll feel bad. If you eat healthy food, you will feel more healthy. Its suppose to be a message in being mindful about what you eat, but I prefer the more cursed thought behind it. :)
