that doesn't change anything though. it's not in the rules. it's something the sitemods (and global mods) as specifically separate from the imgflip tos("imgflip") have decided to enforce. no one would know by reading imgflip's tos that slurs in any context are against the rules. thats what matters
also just because they represent imgflip does not mean they represent it accurately
the sitemods might, but imgflip doesn't.
for example if all of the sitemods were replaced by competent people who read the terms of service and comprehended them, they would only enforce bans for slurs when they are used in a manner which violates imgflip's terms of service.

I probably should have said "should" instead of "would" for a lot of those points, but I'm not claiming to know how you think. "not caring" generally comes with its own baggage. if you give signs that you care.. that's. a sign. that you care.
vik accuses you of "surrendering" to donald and you didn't deny that was the case. you just said "who cares".
which implies that you surrendered to Donald and are now trying to downplay it by saying it doesn't matter. when you reply "who cares" to an accusation instead of denying it, there is an implied "yes the accusation is true"
