I agree with that statement, as I too find such raunchy talk outrageous, not to mention that the subject matter is infantile and immature, however I will not retaliate in any way, as my doing so would simply encourage the behavior that I so strongly disapprove of. Rage bait is, by design, a method to start an argument and or flame war, and if I may reference the movie War Games, is similar to Tic Tac Toe in the sense that nobody wins. Therefore by not giving in to the urge to attempt to insult and/or offend the person who posted said rage bait, you are actually winning. What I am saying is that while utilizing such statements as ‘yo mama’ jokes may be satisfying temporary, it will only lead to frustration. To paraphrase the legendary author Mark Twain, it is never a good idea to engage in discourse with an unintelligent individual, as they will inevitably fool you into stooping to their level and then they will beat you with their superior experience in idiocy.

Good point. The instance when I used a ‘ur mom’ joke was my somewhat lame attempt at humor, however I am not enraged as some are, I am merely disapproving of such childish antics such as ‘rage bait’.
