AstroMan grabbed her by the back of the head, and shoved her through that entire subway train to frame her. No amount of lazily taken low resolution pictures of her covered in blood will be able to change that. What could have changed that would have been getting into contact with his nemesis shortly after the heart incident. She would have been able to help apprehend or even neutralize him. Sadly the inkeversian government's standards seem to be too high for them to hire bounty hunters
