She has shapeshifting, basic martial arts, and advanced spear combat.

She could theoretically use her dimensional diamond to manipulate and access he 4th dimension to give herself an advantage, but again, at her current level it wouldn't do much.

Base form I think it's pretty close, he has unlimited teleportation, semi-advanced martial arts and an expert sword combat style.
