anywayss go to the three dots then click on "settings", then click on the search bar and type "permissions" then scroll until it lists some websites

click on "all sites" then go to the unknown and suspicious sites and disable notifications from all of them

after doing that you should probably clear history, cookies and cache from those sites just in case
