this is also a good thing, people get to vent on this online. Talking about suicide with your parents for instance is quite hard. if you post it online you will be mostly anonymous and people can help you a bit.

talking with random people about it can help you talk with real people about it. if random people online ask you things like why and how then you think of these questions and you will have an answer for the irl people. the internet is a double edged sword, and if it hurts you or not depends on the way you use it.
