Bullies choose to make people miserable. Bullies choose to ignore what their parents teach them. Don't assume that the parents of bullies are lazy or uncaring. It's real easy to blame, demean, mock and ridicule parents-until you becone a parent yourself and finally understand what it's really like and how hard it really is.
