apparently, imgflip's hq is located in california. according to shouselaw.com, it is illegal to sext (posting porn basically) unless it's between 2 consenting ADULTS. not minors, adults. so, you let somebody break an in-state law. that is f**king disgusting. i would honestly sue you, but i'm also a minor, so i cannot. also, you're in europe, which has stricter internet laws. 46 out of the 50 european countries (including ones without a capital) are in the Council of Europe, which makes it illegal to sext to minors, even if you're an adult (according to multiple sources).
