Touch-repulsed individuals may find sensual activity undesirable, uninteresting, uncomfortable, or generally unwanted. Some touch-repulsed individuals may be repulsed by the idea of personally engaging in sensual activity while feeling favorable or indifferent towards sensual interaction that does not involve them. The term is commonly used by asensual, aromantic, and asexual spectrum individuals but is not exclusive to these communities. If you know anyone who is touch-repulsed, the kindest thing you can do for them is to respect their wishes by not touching them.
