The problem is that the Biden administration did not get the leftists in congress -- and their RINO political allies -- to print enough money as he keeps giving it all away to other nations -- half of whom actually want to nuke the U.S. until it glows. So there is not much money to use for Dem Party slush fund purposes . . . such as under the table PAYING people to attend Biden rallies.

This in turn is because the DNC's slush fund is used to pay all those leftists in congress and their RINO political allies to print more money. It's the corrupt leftist circle of political life.

If he's paying folks, he's doing a shitty job. I have never seen a packed Biden Rally —not even one in the hundreds. That's why I made this meme as a joke. I hate the fact that we give away so much money to folks that hate us. Why would any moral person elected to public office put us any further in debt? Answer: They're not moral. They are thieves. The politicians are getting kick backs is why.
