Actually, he did not need to win by massive fraud... but by tiny strategically "placed" votes in the swing states.
For example, he won...
Arizona by 10,457 winning votes
GEORGIA by 12,670 winning votes
NEVADA by 33,596 winning votes
PENNSYLVANIA by 81,660 winning votes
WISCONSIN by 20,682 winning votes
The GOP just need to monitor these voting counting stations in these states carefully for fraudulent activities in November to ensure no hanky-panky business occurs!

A poll by VIRGINIA COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY between October/13/2020 and October/22/2020 showed biden leading by 51% vs Trump's 39%. Another by the same university between March/25/2020 to April/8/2020 showed that biden was leading 51% vs Trump's 41%.
You can make of polls what you will!
And more interestingly... another poll by that same university, between August/28/2020 and September/7/2020, showed biden leading at 53% vs Trump's 39%.... which was quite close to the numbers gained by both candidates at the election!
Note that Trump has always gained more %-points than biden from what polls had suggested in Virginia and elsewhere!

And we should also remember that polls have traditionally under-reflected Trump's actual popularity.
