If you have a supportive adult going through menopause or taking birth control in pill form, you can ask them to share. (this is a joke not medical advice at all) But if it wasn't a joke, I'd say that combo progesterone+estrogen pills or estrogen pills are your main target because progesterone enhances the effects of hormones so I'm told.

I wish I had famiy that was... that is a dope idea. I have been trying to get Purifica mirifica though.

Also if you have a balding dad, they sometimes medicate that with estrogen.
