There's this one oc I've never used called the Time Keeper.

He basically is a guardian of the timeline.
If a branch of the timeline gets too crazy he deletes it.
He can kind of manipulate time, but he can only travel through time, not control it.

And someone messing with the timeline would catch his attention, especially because that clock in the image is very similar to some artifacts he has that let you manipulate time for an extended period.

Well, sounds pretty interesting, we could kindoff do something with that like rp or stuff, or just a concept, if you want of course or idk whats your idea

When he erases a timeline, if you were in that timeline, you would see everything around you turn to sand and around the horizon there would form a sort of sand tornado

About those artifacts i talked about, they are called... I dunno, but they are small clocks that permit one to travel through time, stop time, rewind time, speed up or slow down time but only for a limited time, if they are used too much, they might lose all their power and create a new timeline.
