Celsius? smh its about 101 degrees ;-)

I thought 20° Celsius was about room temp. Figured nearly twice that would be hot enough to pasteurize milk.

Then again, it's less than half the boiling point of water at 1 bar. I don't know, metric conversions are easy but still think of temperature in terms of fahrenheit.

Ja, about 72-73 degrees....remember, this is a thermometer to measure body temp, which should be 98.6 F

Oh, I gave up trying to corolate the way things are with what makes sense ages ago.
