The fake uses a capital i as the second letter of their username. That's how you can tell the difference.

1. Suicide bait. They’re impersonating alexis.

2. There is a difference in the username. Alexis is alexis. And the impersonator is aIexis (capital i. It looks the same with this font. I’ll get a screenshot to show in a sec)
