Presidents don’t set prices. The only influence they have on the price of energy is the policies that they implement for or against oil production and refineries.

No…. Radiation. I want more nuclear power/reactors, but I would not put it in a battery.

Solar power uses hydrocarbons. We need nukes power

That's not gonna happen unless the companies making nukes pay politicians enough.

Nuke doesn’t make money. That’s why they get subsidies

I don’t like government subsidies, but I’m willing to give them subsidies to make nuclear power plants.

I don't get that. I don't want any government subsidies to any company. I want subsidies to go towards communal infestructure. Like public transport, rec centers, libraries, community gardens, school summer lunch programs.

I don’t want any government subsidies…but I’m willing to make exception for nukes because that’s the best way we’d get cheaper energy.

That's the best way companies would get more money. They don't care about us. I'll only accept the government subsidy if it goes straight to the ppl.

We have that. It’s called social security and it’s going to go bankrupt.

So you want the government to do what it’s been doing since the progressive era?

And libraries. And schools. As long as it's not a corporation or a limited amount of ppl, I'm cool with it.

Instead of social security, they should just fund housing and community gardens for use by the elderly.
