Russia's navy isn't the best, as throughout their history the only waters they had access to were mostly frozen. They do have a nice Arctic fleet though.

Also, what areas do you think Russia could improve on in their special military operation in Ukraine? Tactics? Economy? (I feel that you wouldn't be comfortable with the wording about admitting Russia's problems.)

I mean, their economy could use some more help. I think it will recover more after the war, but for now the Ruble isn't really powerful. As for tactics, I think they're good enough already. Their new Kharkov Offensive has been pretty successful so far.
