We've had this argument before. Most Boomers are not wealthy. Only a tiny portion of any generation is wealthy. There is the same portion of poor to middle class to rich in the boomer group as in the generations that followed. Politicians deliberately put this nation the deepest into debt that it's ever been . . . and there's the problem; not the old and gradually dying off boomers.

As for social security, there was no addendum that people who earned better wages as they aged would receive LESS social security even though with higher wages they had to pay in MORE for social security.
