The prosecution has proved nothing. The DAs office found nothing and the investigators recommended no case... so Bragg got the charge changed to a federal charge... something he had no authority to do. His star witness is a convicted perjurer... His other witness, a porn star, provided no evidence to substantiate the charges... Now who's being obtuse?
