Upvoted. True; but it would be a giggle to see Dementia Joe Biden supporters TRY to argue otherwise.

Actual differences-
1) Walter didn't drive his wife to commit drunk driving suicide and never cheated on his wife.(Although Walter would say he considered doing the latter that many times just to get some quiet time away from his wife.)
2) The hand up Walter's butt gets removed from time to time. Biden has a hand up his since the 1970s.
3) Walter is funny.

Walter has cognitive abilities
Walter is more animated
Walter doesn’t shit himself
Walter can articulate a complete sentence without mumbling

The only similarity that I see, other than Walter and Biden’s countenance , is the fact that someone else has their hand up their ass and is controlling their movements and their speech.
