You have to wonder why testimonies are always so formal and have publicised dates... Its almost like the courts are actively telling the companies in question and giving them time to do what they need to do.

Logically if there's reasonable grounds for a testimony on something of this nature, they'd be placed under police protection and congress/senate would be called in for an emergency meeting.. of course that never happens and 'coincidentally' people never make it to the hearing..

Weird how when you're a whistle blower against crime (a criminal who gave up names) they will put you into witness protection. As long as you give them the criminals higher up the ladder... You get relocated, given new identity, and sometimes even armed personnel to watch your new location.

But when you're a Government or Business based whistleblower... You just commit suicide
