Got me...came up on a search for islamic food....of course schnitzel came up under Jewish food....

Asimov/Heinlein/Clarke/etc. would just shake their heads in disbelief.

Yeah, schnitzel is a German/Austrian thing, many schnitzels are made of pork so that's obviously not kosher.

Yeah, that's why I left it out.

Damn tasty though!!! Loved it when I was stationed in West Germany.

Don't have it now...learned about how the poor 'veal' was 'produced'.
