Okay I guess, but that doesn’t really help with the fact that I’m allergic to what’s in the air around me XD (I.E, pollen)

I have horrible allergies too. So, we can find as many reasons as we want to avoid being happy or we can be happy despite all those reasons. Happy is a choice we make inside. It's not what we see on the outside. Choose to be happy no matter what! I'm telling you... things happen when you're happy on purpose. People wanna know why you're happy. Happy people start showing up and then you keep moving forward. It's worth a try, right?

You have meds, right? Try harder to see the good stuff. Instead of, "I have horrible allergies and the air makes my asthma flare up" think things like "I'm HAPPY that have medicine that helps me breathe".

Actually, my only medicine is for my sleep and my ADHD. 

Unmedicated I’m kind of a handful, but it’s fine :V
