Does he still play the Small Town Scranton, PA Card? Scranton was never a small town even back then and his parents didn't live there long enough for Biden to make a real claim of being from there. Oh sure he might have lived his first nine years there but his time outside of Scranton doesn't make him a legit citizen there.
