They're song lyrics to a filthy frank song May. Was it going overboard and uncalled for? Maybe. But it could also be trolling. I doubt it was meant to be taken completely literally/seriously as a legitimate wish for harm. As far as I can tell, its a response to Caleb continuing to say being gay is a sin which can be pretty frustrating to deal with for some people after it's been going on for awhile and others decide to resort to trolling as a response. It's much of the same old same old that's been going on for quite awhile now.
