A fascist and a liberal are by definition on the opposite ends of the political spectrum

So you're saying it's not liberals and Democrats that are the ones pushing to stifle free speech... Because free speech isn't up their alley these days.

That’s an entirely different issue. Fascism is a far right ideology and liberalism is on the left. That would be like saying “Hitler and Stalin were basically the same person because they both killed large numbers of people”

You know a lot of people said there was a swing in ideals between political parties? Same thing. Fascism is a liberal thing now.

The party switch was just that. A party switch. Not an ideological one. Essentially, the democrats became the left and the republicans became the right. So the democrats WOULD have been on the same side of the political spectrum as fascism but they switched so now they’re closer to communism in terms of their place on the spectrum. The republicans WOULD have been the liberals but they switched so while the Republican Party is not necessarily fascist, in the same way the Democratic Party isn’t necessarily socialist, they are on the same side of the political spectrum

You can't have a political switch - which is an ideological change by both parties to the opposite side of where they were previously (ideologically)... And then say that fascism (an ideology) can't switch too.

Democrats and liberals are the fascists these days. Not Conservatives and middle roaders like myself.
