Not brag, just that some have made statements indicating they know a little more than they should.
For example, one once complained about me just having had flagged him, when I immediately tried to ask how would he know and how could he post if he had a timer, I couldn't because I just got a timer right that minute.
I logged on one day to find three notifications from another asking me why I deleted one of my replies. How did he know I deleted it, and that it wasn't a mod that did it? Why did he keep asking me when, for all he knew, I just got the timer?
Well what he had been doing at the time was baiting me, then he'd go silent when I said something juicy. So I'd leave the comment there waiting for his response, and later, I'd get 48. When I caught on, I started deleting such comments when he went quiet. That was the first time I did it. He KNEW I would have gotten a timer. He knew I deleted my comment. No one else knew I deleted my comment except me. So how would he know, and why would he be making a big fuss about it?
Then it was a third who would hint at it, without openly stating it, and in a snarking way too. This had happened a handful of times with him.
I used to get at least 2 timers a week, sometimes 3... 48 hours each. This was till last year when I caught on to their traps and took measures to prevent it. Now I've gotten 2 timers so far year.
