I haven't seen it -- I'll have to look out for it. In general, I'm skeptical of the way we use imprisonment in the US, especially for non-violent offenders: it rarely makes people, families or communities healthier. It also represents a massive wealth transfer (in both dollars and human potential) to big corporations in a lot of states, and I'd really like to see that capital invested elsewhere . . . especially in education, which has the power to prevent people from turning to crime in the first place.
