I work for a very large corporation and they did an internal payroll survey and found that for women employees working the same position with the equivalence experience and job performance received 99% of the salary compared to the average male counterpart. And even that 1% difference was within their margin of error. The whole gender pay gap is an obvious lie, otherwise every single corporation would fire all the men and ONLY hire women and make 24% more profit.
