Dem Party propaganda always depends on the recipient being unaware of how things actually work. The prosecutor traditionally has only so many strikes to use before he or she is over-ruled by the judge in the interest of moving forward. It's via sheer NUMBERS of biased Dem Party voting 'jurors' that a jury ends up getting stacked.
