That’s where the hard work comes in.
Example:
Mexicans had often received hate ever since the beginning of Manifest Destiny in early America. But after years of hard work, especially that of WW2, Mexican-Americans are looked upon with greater respect than what they had almost 200 years ago.
Children from the ages of 0 to 15 shouldn’t be really introduced to such things. Especially since a lot of bad stuff is connected with hate, lgbtq, and other assortment of things that could lead to addiction or death.
Once a group reaches legal equality such as civil rights, they have reached their goal and can work hard to earn the respect of everyone around them by proving them that they are just like them. Human beings. By pushing the boundaries of having more “rights”, they make others look inferior. Making others feel uncomfortable or feel hate towards that group.
