My 4 favourite Productivity Hacks to 10x Performance:
1. Dress the part.
When working at home, put in the effort to get dressed and wear professional clothes. You won't be able to perform optimally when dressed like a slob because you'll feel like a slob.
2. Solfeggio Frequencies.
Listen to solfeggio frequencies whilst working, and ONLY while working.
This will program your brain to perform because it associates those sounds with focus, concentration and peak performance (because you only listen to it while you work).
3. Dedicated Time-Slots.
Have a beginning and end. Don't just begin a work/study session at a random time and end at a random time. Have dedicated time slots. This will help eliminate distractions and increase motivation to work during the entire session.
4. Have breaks and use them to your advantage.
Have "boring" breaks.
If the work/study session is quite long, then I recommend splitting it up and including 5-15 minute breaks in between.
These breaks should give you "healthy dopamine". By that I mean, instead of scrolling TikTok and Instagram during the break, go outside for a long "boring" walk with no music, just you and the fresh air. Or close your eyes and take some deep breaths.
When you come back to the work session, you will feel much better and efficiency and effectiveness will increase.
