I got a mod just for the goatman, corpse stalker, and cave dweller sounds to play in the caves.

They don't spawn; I just wanted to see how close I could get to shitting my pants.

Eat a lot of Taco Bell, then look at videos that show unnerving images and play Minecraft cave noises. Your pants will be full in no time.

Cave sounds aren't scary to me...
Everything else on the list is a bit more unnerving though.
But I don't have a hardcore mode for my Minecraft, too...

FUN FACT: when I was younger I use to be very terrified of enderman
