Finally finished the gundam koneko!
Here's how it turned out; As with my other custom posts, this is NOT a review. Rating it would feel narcissistic. Anyway, I like how the colors turned out, although you can't really see the heterochromia inspiration as easily in this mode. This was a chaotic mess before I painted it, but now that it has a more consistent color-scheme it looks like an actual Gundam rather than a pile of parts vaguely in the shape of one; As you could probably tell, I used the livelance heaven's lance as part of the tail, but I ALSO decided to keep one of the compatible extra parts so it can have a shorter blade if needed; The cat mode is... About what you'd expect from a fully custom transformation. I overestimated the size of the head so I couldn't use the exact mechanism I had in-mind, but that's probably for the best. At least you can see the heterochromia inspiration a bit better; I tried putting it in sort of a mid-air slashing pose but it honestly looks like it's getting shot out of the sky, but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and hope it just takes some getting used to. This is probably my most unique custom by this point, and I like it even though it took 4 days to build.
