I was raised Christian but after a bunch of soul searching, I've realized polytheism is for me. I'm a polytheistic omnist and the ancient Greek deities are my favorite.
The ancient Greek religion has a few different afterlife areas and reincarnation as part of the belief (it's a bit complex). However, that specific religion aside, I do personally belive in reincarnation wether I consider it with context of that religion or not. Scientifically speaking, energy as we understand it, can't be created or destroyed. If we are made of energy, that further points to an afterlife, reincarnation, or both in my opinion.
The ancient Greeks also have the Delphic Maxims which were allegedly given to the oracle Delphi by the god Apollo. They are a set of over a hundred rules (and proverbs) to follow in order to live a good life. If I were to follow every single one of those to a t, I’d have a lot more expectations of me than you do of yourself as a Christian. You best believe I have taken my knowledge of the expectations and adapted it here and there otherwise it’d be way too much… lol. My point is, it's not my business or responsibility to make sure everyone follows those one hundred and forty-seven rules (and then some) and it's not your place to make sure everyone follows what the Bible says. The earth is a multicultural and multi-religious landscape and we need to respect that.
Other than that, sex/cells/chromosomes are not what transgender people are trying to change. The lgbtq+ stance is there is a difference between sex and gender. Sex is the chromosomes of male, female, and the intersex varieties. Gender is man, woman, nonbinary, etc. Gender can be decided for oneself and changed as needed if it helps someone live a better life. It is not up to anyone else to decide what is right for each transgender person when it comes to what they need to do to live their best lives.
