American public restrooms are disgusting. He's right about that. Any business with one should be shutdown due to public health violations.

Tell the MEXS to stop throwing thier shit wipes in the corner, they do it in port a johns even on construction sites.

They too have low standards when it comes to doing the business. Kimmel is a butthead but he was right about Japan. Clean restrooms. Hard to find one not clean.

Ask any Japanese person about the bathrooms at Kyoto's and/maybe Tokyo's subway stations.

Never use those ones.

I know these people have never talked to actual Japanese people about this because they (generally the rural Japanese) have the same complaints about some of their public bathrooms especially the ones at subway stations like in Kyoto.

Two cities I hate and never use the public restrooms in those places. businesses though no problem.
