Her name is the Limitless Devastator, but most call her Deva (DAY-vuh). Like the Limitless Devourer, she also can unlock an Unlimited form (but I haven't drawn it yet 💀). Deva lives on a remote planet, past the edge of the Known Multiverse, where she lives with an all-female Limitless tribe.
How I did this was I drew a sketch of her with pencil and paper (shown above). Then I uploaded a photo of it to my laptop and traced it in Microsoft Paint (the new Layers feature made it so much easier) and saved it as a transparent PNG. And I cannot stress how proud I am of how it turned out.
