Oil pumping today was permitted and leased under trump

It takes years from the time a lease is let till it begins producing….. the oil produced today was leased by Trump not Slow Joe.

So I guess all that hype 4 years ago about "oil / energy independence"... "under trump".... was complete bullsh*t. Lol

I mean I knew it was anyway because the general trend of production had been going that way for quite a while anyway but ya if true, that would just seem like more evidence.

Based on what you just said, if what we're seeing now was thanks to trump, the "under trump" 4 years ago was actually thanks to 8 years of Barack Obama. Funny how nobody mentions that.

And as far as Biden..... good! We're already producing more oil than we need and more than any other country in history. I mean being a net exporter of oil sounds cool on the surface...... like Woo-hoo we're #1!..... but idk. I think I'd rather burn up the Saudi's oil first.

Exactly, most ridiculous thing I ever heard, a race to burn up oil that would have been used a generation or two later when the Sardis and whatnot run out, and it's as cheaply as possible in order to facilitate waste at an expedited pace.

They're even burning off natural gas as it comes up with oil wells because it's not worth capturing due to its low current market value.

All this to appeal to the 4x4 and SUV vote.

To a degree that is correct, Obama never declared war on fossil fuels like slow joe. Unlike old stinky pants Obama knew high energy prices were not a winning strategy. He continued to issue useable leases and putting place people that added instead of hindered production on these leases. The complete opposite of the shell game Slow Joe is playing.

Some actually have oil if they do you can bet the BLm and EPA are not issuing the road and pipline permits to put them into production. A oil lease with out a service road is worthless. A lease on a field with an administration that makes sure that the road permits and pipline wavier are in place are worth a lot. Biden’s big claim is he has opened up thousands of area for lease , he makes no claim they have any oil on them.

People are just fracking land with no oil for nothing.... on the taxpayer dime, no less
