Yeah, I read the scum-bag mayor's entire speech in that regard and this is indeed what he said. I threw up a little bit in my mouth.
I do find it interesting though that the Politics Stream mod is still invested in creative interpretations of the TOS -- for the benefit of the Left -- whenever facts are presented that bother the Political Left; but simultaneously he will allow and and all outright leftist LIES to be openly run inside that stream.
