StarHunt Chapter 7: The Beach.

Nami and Baggy? Who the frick names their child Baggy? Anyways, moving on, the 2 fought for a while.

Baggy: “F-CK YOU, NAMI!”

Nami: “It’s just a headpat, chill.”

Baggy: “I WILL NOT CHILL UNTIL YOU HAVE SUFFERED ENOUGH!”
As the 2 continued to throw a few punches, they eventually both started to bleed from the punches being blown. Baggy manages to almost knock Nami out with her axe. Eventually, Aquatix went up to them and broke the two up as they glared at each other. Baggy flips off Nami, and Nami does it back.

???: “HEY, AQUA-”

??: “Switch, calm down.”

Switch: “Okay, Atlas!”

?: “...”

Aquatix: “Oh, it’s my bandmates. Nice to see ya.”

Switch would look around and see the group I was in, and then she gasps.

Switch: “AN IMP! OHMIGOD!”

Mayu: “Uh oh-”

Switch: “NONONONONONO YOU’RE FINE, I LOVE IMPS!”

Atlas: “I thought you loved me though…”

Switch: “I do! I was just saying that I find imps interesting, I still love you, Atlas.”

Henry: “EWWW, GET A ROOM!”

Nyxen slaps Henry again.

Nyxen: “Please stfu Henry, I’m done with you. Anyways ladies, please continue.”

Henry rubs his face again, as Atlas and Switch continue to talk to each other.

Aquatix: “Hey Chao, how’s the new song lyrics going?”

Chao: “Good.”

Aquatix: “Oh, great!”

Hold on… Chao? And Switch? And Aquatix said she’s in a band? OH MY GOD, it IS them! I doubted the thought of it at first, but it turns out that it really is them! The Nauti Barques!

Mayu: “No way, it really is you!”

Switch: “No way, you know us?! Niceeeeee!!!”

For the rest of the day there, we just played and talked with each other. Marshal and some of the other kids were having fun swimming in the ocean, Aquatix and Chao were playing tableturf, and Switch and Atlas were talking to each other. Here’s a bit of what they were saying:

Switch: “Atlas, you sure you’re doing okay?”

Atlas: “Yes, I’m fine.”

Switch: “Hon, you have bandages on your head. What’s wrong?”

Atlas: “Nothing, I swear Switch, I’m perfectly fine!”

Switch looks at Atlas, a bit sad, and then says:

“Listen, you can tell me anything and I promise I won’t get mad.”

Atlas: “You won’t?”

Switch: “I won’t, I promise.”

Atlas: “Alright. Well for one, I’m super depressed, but some dudes hit me with a pole.”

Switch: “Oh…”

Atlas: “Yeah…”

Switch: “Well, when I find ‘em, I’m gonna make them regret that!”

Atlas: “Switch, that isn’t necessary, I’m fine.”

Switch: sigh “You’re right. And I said I wouldn’t get mad, but I did. I’m sorry.”

Atlas: “It’s ok.”

Switch: :>

Atlas: :>

Their interaction was super sweet, I think I teared up a bit. Anyways, I started talking to Ivan and Eva a bit more as well as X, and then someone tapped me on the shoulder. It was Baggy.

Baggy: “Hey, are you by chance a phighter?”

Mayu: “Uh, not really. I am really good at ninja stars though.”

Baggy: “Oh, okay. I just thought for a moment because of your horns…”

Mayu: “So just because I have horns means I’m a phighter?”

Baggy: “N-nevermind, that came out wrong! Anyways, my name’s Baggy Axe, but you can call me Baggy!”

Mayu: “Nice to meet you, I’m Mayu.”

Baggy: “Wait a minute, I know you! You’re the person from the poster!”

Mayu: “I- uh…”

Baggy: “Don’t worry though, this town isn’t really fond of StarHunters.”

Maxima had heard this, and looked down a bit. It seems that Baggy had noticed this, and looked at Maxima suspiciously.

Baggy: “You’re not a StarHunter, are you?”

Maxima: “I-I am, but I’m not like my brother. Me and Mayu actually used to go way back…”

Baggy: “Hm…”

I looked around at the beach, just to see what my friends were doing. X and Tekai were drinking their drinks, Ivan and Eva were sitting by the shore, and Matt and Violet were talking to someone. I got a bit closer to listen to their convo.

Matt: “So… you’re a video game tester AND a vessel?”

???: “Pretty much, yeah.”

Violet: “Oh, cool!”

Vessel? What were they talking about? I decided to lean a bit closer to listen, when… I fell. I. PECKING. FELL. All 3 of them turned around.

Violet: “Oh, Mayu! How long have you been standing there?”

Mayu: “For a while. Anyways, wdym by ‘vessel’?”

???: “It means that he’s a vessel for a god.”

Mayu: “Oh. And who are you?”

???: “My name is Diana, I’m the vessel of Artemis. Nice to meet you.”

Mayu: “Artemis… hmm… anyways, it nice to meet you too.”

We talked for a few minutes before I went to go check on X and Tekai.

Mayu: “Hey, X!”

X: “Hey Mayu, there’s someone I want you to meet.”

Mayu: “Oh?”

X goes into a portal, and comes out a few seconds later with a little girl.

X: “Mayu, this is my daughter, Tala.”

Oh my gosh, she’s SUPER cute!

Mayu: “Hi Tala!”

Tala: “Hewwo Mau!”

Woah, there's a bunch of characters being introduced. Anyways, Aquatix came over to me as I was talking to them.

Aquatix: “Hey, you’re good with ninja stars, right?”

Mayu: “Yeah, why do you ask?”

Aquatix: “Well, there's some StarHunters, and Nami and Baggy are trying to hold them off. We’re trying to get as much people as possible to fight them.”

Mayu: “I can help with that!”

I ran around the beach, telling my friends about it. Diana had a bow on her, and started shooting them, Violet took out a katana and started fighting with it, and X had used his flame powers. Nyxen and Henry used their powers to fight, even little Hana was using her katana as well as her older brother Jinuri. No wonder they’re great at fighting, I guess it runs in the family.

Nami: Hmph. ウォーターブラスト、ゴー.

Nami does a motion with his hand, and water comes out from the ocean and onto some of the StarHunters.

Baggy: “The axe knows what scares you the most!”

Baggy does a slicing motion with her axe, and even though it didn’t hit anyone, the StarHunters started screaming. Maxima took on 2 StarHunters while I took on 3. I threw my ninja stars at them, some of them missing while others hit them, badly wounding them. They started to retreat, as I sighed, feeling triumphant. Just then, someone grabbed me. I tried to break through, but it wasn’t easy.

Baggy: "Haha, weaklings!"

???: “You aren’t going anywhere, kiddo.”

I tried to grab my ninja stars, but it was no use. While trying to break free, I felt something pierce through my stomach. My friends had noticed this, and rushed up to try and help me, but then… everything went dark. The last thing I had heard was Marshal screaming.

Marshal: “MAYU!”

WOAH, SHE'S DEAD?!

You'll see...

Matt: You see, they're not just a vessel, they're a gamer, henceforth, the lack of women.

Diana: "Real"

(I might make a subchapter where its just Artemis and Ares insulting each other lol)

(That would be hilarious)

(Side note, I put Baggy's speech in the wrong place, so let's just say she hadn't noticed Mayu being grabbed and she was still laughing at the StarHunters who were running away)

(Btw Madison, the person that stabbed Mayu was indeed killer)
