StarHunt Chapter 4: The Void.

We went out of the bar, and chased the rabbit. To be honest, she was really fast. She looked behind herself, and taunted us, which only made us angrier.

???: You’ll never catch me, I’m too fast, idiots!

Nyxen and Henry kept on fighting with each other, and eventually they tripped.

Henry: We’ll be fine, just go on without us!

We kept running, but it looked like the little blue pest had some tricks up her sleeve. She threw a few carrots at us, knocking down a few of us, and hitting Hunter in her eye. The bunny laughed, and ran even faster. X decided that it was time to end this mess, and threw some fire from his hand, blocking the rabbit’s path.

???: Awww… no fair.

Mayu: What’s not fair is the fact that you poured ice cold water on my brother!

???: It’s just a prank, chill out! And nobody got hurt, right?

Mayu: Uh… it looks like you kinda wrecked half of the town.

X: We won’t chill out until we get an apology!

???: Fine, I’m sorry.

Just then, a voice screamed out a name

???: ROSWALD! YOU DESTROYED HALF OF THE TOWN AGAIN?!

Roswald: STFU RIVER, NOBODY CARES!

River: YOU LITTLE-

A fight between the 2 siblings breaks out, and we walk away. However, something unexpected happened. I fell into a void, and I saw a blue haired girl. Apparently, X also fell through the void too, and when he saw the girl, he got aggressive.

X: You there, who are you?

She turned around to face us.

??: Oh good, you’re here. I’m Kara, nice to me-meet you.

She was glitching a lot.

Mayu: Is this the matrix?

Kara: No, but I’m not supposed to be here. I’m a glitch, a vi-virus-us. I don’t even know how I got in-into this world-rld.

Mayu: A starhunter..? But-

Kara: L-listen, I know-ow what I said-id. And plus, those people will help you with something that isn’t time travel. Now although you have a huge group of friends with you, they will not be enough to stop the coming threat.

Mayu: The parasite we saw the other day…

Kara: Yes-es! Exac-actly! Now, I think you should get going-oing. Bye!

And just like that, we were out of the void. The same void I mentioned earlier. The gang found a hotel to sleep in, and said we’d be leaving tomorrow. After checking in and getting our rooms, I went to sleep. When I woke up, there was a knock on the door. I just assumed it was X, so I opened the door.

Mayu: X, I know you don’t wanna go to the pool, and I said you didn’t have to-

???: X? I’m not X.

It was a starhunter. I was shocked. Why would one visit me and not instantly jump me?

???: I’m Maxima, and I have something I want to say to you.
