The Golden Deceiver chapter 5: Go big or Go extinct (Written by .Shiver. Edited by PearlFan23)

The Collector’s Titan stared at the Golden Deceiver and the Golden Deceiver stared back. The Collector’s Titan started to approach the Golden Deceiver when suddenly the Golden Deceiver blasted the Collector’s Titan with an electric beam. The Collector’s Titan quickly put its force field up, which blocked the Electric beam. The Golden Deceiver kept blasting its electric beam at the Titan, but the Titan kept approaching. The Titan soon got close enough to the Deceiver that it punched the Deceiver’s head. The Golden Deceiver was hit, and it was hit to the side by the punch. The Titan walked closer to the Deceiver when the Golden Deceiver quickly went in for a bite. The Titan grabbed the Deceiver’s horns, and the Golden Deceiver kicked the Titan with its front left leg, but the Titan didn’t budge.

“YEAH, BEAT THAT GOLDEN FREAK!” Amber yelled

The Cultists turned to look at Amber with rageful intentions. The Deceiver started to step back more, which had begun to drag the Titan back. The Titan started to stand its ground and was starting to get dragged less. The Deceiver began to roar in defeat, and the Titan uppercutted the Deceiver. The Deceiver fell to the ground in defeat.

“YES!!!” Amber yelled

“NO, OUR LORD!” The cultists cried

The Collector’s Titan let go of the Deceiver’s horns and walked over to the hole in the building. The Collector’s Titan reached its arm over to the cage Amber was in, the Cultist started to shoot the arm with their weaponry, but it did not damage the Titan. Suddenly, the Collector’s Titan was hit from behind by a strong attack, and the arm ravaged the inside of the building instead of saving Amber. The Collector’s Titan quickly turned around to see the Golden Deceiver wasn’t down yet. The Golden Deceiver swung its whip-like tail at the Titan, and the Titan quickly turned its force fields back on. The tail hit the force field, but the tail broke through the force field and destroyed the field generator.

“Oh no” Amber said

“Oh yes” The cultists said,

The Golden Deceiver soon dashed at the Titan, and the Titan held its ground again. The Golden Deceiver rammed into the Titan using its horns as weapons, which penetrated the armor of the Titan. The Golden Deceiver pulled its head out of the Titan’s armor and whipped the Titan again with its tail. The Titan quickly unleashed its wrist blades and slashed at the Deceiver. The Deceiver stepped back and fired its electric beam at the Titan. The Titan tried to block the attack, but the electric beam split into eight different beams and hit the Titan from behind. The Titan was critically damaged, and the Deceiver blasted the Titan with another electric blast. The Titan was hit and quickly retreated.

“No…” Amber said

“YESSSSSS” the Cultist cheered.

The Golden Deceiver roared in victory. Soon, the cultists turn back around to see the hopeless Amber.

“Blondie, let her see the light” The dark gold cultist said

The blonde cultist nodded and commanded the Scorpion monster to follow him. Meanwhile, Amber breaks open the top of the cage and starts to get out.

“She's escaping!” A cultist said

The blonde cultist commanded the Scorpion to follow Amber and to catch her, and the scorpion started to follow Amber. The scorpion suddenly stabs Amber in her chest area with its large stinger. The Blonde cultist runs towards Amber.

“AMBER!” The Blonde cultist yelled

The Blonde cultist commands the Scorpion to leave and holds the bleeding out Amber. The Blonde Cultist removes his hood, and Amber sees the man under the hood… Sunny.

“S-s-Sunny!?!” Amber weakly says

“Amber… I… I’m sorry” Sunny cried

“W-w-why would you join them?” Amber weakly cried

“I… Those damn people manipulated me after you rejected me… I’m so sorry, Amber” Sunny cried louder

“I forgive you, Sunny… Maybe I’ll see my baby while I’m up there.” Amber weakly gasped

“NO, DON’T LEAVE ME, PLEASE DON’T LEAVE ME!” Sunny cried even harder

Amber put her hand on Sunny’s tearful cheek, and then Sunny felt the last of Amber’s strength fade away. Sunny cried at his loudest and then turned to see the Cultists and the Deceiver. Sunny was filled with grief and agony, and Sunny pulled his Phasular Uzi pistol out

“YOU BASTARDS!!!” Sunny cried louder

Sunny started to shoot the Cultists with his Phasular UZI. The other cultists pulled their weaponry out and shot back at Sunny.

“Scorpio, kill those bastards!” Sunny commanded Scorpio

The Scorpion (Scorpio) started to go after some cultists, and the Deceiver watched. It began to charge up an electric blast. As Sunny is shooting more cultists, he notices the electric charging and commands Scorpio to get them out. Meanwhile, in the realm of creation, the Collector is repairing the Titan.

“That Golden Dragon… it’s stronger than it looks” Collector said

“Yeah… and this dragon has been shown to be able to resist conventional weaponry” Astra sighed

“We’re all dead, the universes are dead, and everyone will just be cul-“ Hakai was interrupted by Collector

“DON’T DROP YOUR SPIRITS JUST YET!” Collector yelled, “WE’LL PICK UP THE PIECES AND TAKE THIS DRAGON DOWN!”

Hakai nodded.

Suddenly, a portal of creation opens up, revealing Inkmatas and Sunny. Collector looks at Inkmatas, Sunny, and Kinyani.

“I think I might know how to defeat this dragon” Sunny said

“Well… go ahead” Collector said

Sunny lays out a map of the currently known areas of the Multiverse; Sunny taps his pointer finger on the south end of the Inkverse at planet Aquatica 8921.

“That is how we will defeat the Golden Bastard” Sunny said

“A planet?” Astra said

“This planet right here has been teeming with Profaned radiation” Inkmatas said

“Profaned radiation; I thought Phantasmal energy only gave off radiation” Collector said

“We will talk about that afterwards” Kinyani said

The group of 6 discussed their plan, then split into three groups, and then Collector’s group went straight to the U.M.P base in the center of the multiverse. Meanwhile, Inkmatas’s group went back to the Inkla manor, where they would place and decontaminate Amber’s body in a clean casket. Meanwhile, Collector, Astra, Hakai, and some U.M.P forces start an assault on the Deceiver in the outer reaches of the Citadel. Soon, the forces distract the Golden Deceiver, which allows Inkmatas, Sunny, and Kinyani to start to enter Aquatica 8921 in an Inkversian exploration vessel. The vessel goes through the deep waters of the planet, and they track all signs of an increase in Profaned Radiation. The crew sees a massive increase of profaned radiation from an enormous cave.

“There!” Sunny said as he tapped on the radar.

“Can this vessel survive a stronger increase in Profaned Radiation?” Inkmatas worried

“It should” Sunny said

Kinyani sat in the back of the vessel, holding a locket and a journal. Kinyani had felt a sense of heroism in her.

The Vessel radiation detector suddenly beeps loudly as a more significant increase in Profaned Radiation is detected. Kinyani heard this beep and looked out of a window. Kinyani saw a huge fluctuating galactic purple light coming out from a cloud of dust.

“There, I think I see something fluctuating purple out there!” Kinyani said

“Where is it?” Inkmatas said

“On the side of us” Kinyani said

“Well… what do we do now?” Sunny said

“We need to revive it” Kinyani said

“Well, if this is truly the Devourer, one of us needs to go” Inkmatas said

“I’ll go” Kinyani said with heroic passion

Sunny and Inkmatas looked at Kinyani with confusion.

“How, you aren’t a god?” Sunny said

“I did start the Century Long Calamity a long time ago” Kinyani said

“I should go though… I could feed the supposed Devourer more!” Inkmatas said

“NO, I HAVE TO GO, YOU ARE TOO IMPORTANT TO GO!” Kinyani said

“Y-yes, Mom” Inkmatas started to cry

Kinyani handed Inkmatas her locket and her journal. Suddenly, Child Ruby emerged from a dark area and grabbed Kinyani’s leg.

“No, don’t go!” Ruby cried

Kinyani turned to Ruby and started to cry.

“I have to do this…” Kinyani cried

“N-no!” Ruby cried

Kinyani kneeled down and kissed Ruby on the cheek.

“Inkmatas, tell Xander I love him” Kinyani said

Inkmatas nodded while crying, and Kinyani walked out of the vessel. Kinyani saw the land at a better angle. It was a temple for the former Limitless Devourer. Kinyani teared up and stepped closer to the temple stairs. The Vessel started to leave when Kinyani walked up the thousands of stairs to the temple. Kinyani had pulled out a calamitous dagger from her skirt and kept walking up the stairs. Soon, Kinyani reached the top of the stairs to see the severely wounded Unlimited Devourer resting through the pain. Kinyani had walked to the head of the wounded Unlimited Devourer and stabbed herself in the stomach with the calamitous dagger, and kept it in her stomach. The dust around the Devourer had cleared, and the Devourer had seen Kinyani. Kinyani limps closer to the Unlimited Devourer and lays her hand on the Devourer’s head.

“こんにちは、アンバー” Kinyani cried
(Hello, Amber)

Suddenly, Kinyani started to enter her Century Long Calamity state. Kinyani didn’t pull the dagger out, and she exploded from all the built-up calamitous energy. Meanwhile, the Vessel is 3/4th the way out of the cave when it is suddenly shot out of the cave by all the pressurized water blasting out of the cave.

“EVERYONE HOLD ON!” Inkmatas yelled

The Vessel is shot into space, and the spacial gravity suddenly kicks in. The Vessel quickly stabilizes itself, and an oxygen field surrounds the Vessel. Inkmatas and Sunny exit the Vessel, and they see many Spacial fins rise up to see the Unlimited Devourer. The Unlimited Devourer’s spacial fins start to make a charge-up sound, and the Unlimited Devourer blasts its brand new Unlimited Breath up. Inkmatas and Sunny smile at the Unlimited Devourer, and the Devourer soon leaves. Meanwhile, in Andromeda, Aqua, UO, and some Inkversian military units are at a sports stadium in Andromeda where they play an amplified roar of the Golden Deceiver.

“This should attract this dragon here” Aqua said

“Should we worry about the damages that the dragon could cause?” UO said

“A little bit” Aqua said

Suddenly, the Golden Deceiver lands in the middle of the stadium. The Golden Deceiver looks around for the sound and then finds the sound.

“It’s here…” Aqua said

“Alright, let’s go now” UO said

Aqua stays still as her trauma from the Golden Deceiver kicks in, and an Inkversian soldier sees this.

“Shit” The Inkversian soldier said

The Inkversian soldier aimed their pistol at Aqua. As the Soldier is about to pull the trigger, UO tackles them and throws their pistol out of their hand.

“What are you doing!?!” UO said

“That f**king dragon will find us!” The Soldier said

The Golden Deceiver looked at the building and charged up an electric blast at Aqua. Aqua saw the electrical currents build up; her life flashed before her eyes as the deceiver was about to blast her when suddenly the Golden Deceiver was hit by a Galactic Purple beam, which launched the Golden Deceiver back.

“W-what the!?!” Aqua snapped out of her trauma

Aqua and UO looked at the Deceiver getting back on its feet when they suddenly heard a loud roar. Aqua and UO looked to where the roar came from, and they saw the Unlimited Devourer approaching the stadium. Soon, Inkversian fighter jets, Helicopters, and a single sub-capital ship appeared as the fighter jets blasted their missiles at the Deceiver. Aqua smiled, and UO had a look of shock. The Golden Deceiver got back up, and the Unlimited Devourer roared at the Deceiver again. The Deceiver roared back and dashed toward the Devourer, and the Devourer dashed to the Deceiver. Aqua and UO ran away from the area. The Devourer and Deceiver collided and produced a light shockwave. Meanwhile, in the Sub-Capital-ship, Inkmatas, Sunny, Hakai, Astra, and plenty more had watched the battle.

“Oh boy” Inkmatas said

“What is it?” Hakai said

“In about 15 minutes, the Unlimited Devourer will become Calamitous” Inkmatas yelled

“Oh, that’s wonderful!” Hakai sarcastically said

Astra had been on the comms with Monacher, Elex, and a group of other soldiers.

“Make sure to get the people still stuck in Andromeda out of there!” Astra said

“Yes, Astra” Monacher said on the comms

Meanwhile, the Unlimited Devourer had grabbed the Golden Deceiver’s head and swung it around. The Unlimited Devourer had thrown the Golden Deceiver back. Meanwhile, on the troop transport ship, a soldier had prayed while another said Amen.

“Prepare for landing!” Elex said

The troop transport ship had landed, and they immediately started to search for survivors. Elex ran to the stadium, but the Kaiju fight was getting closer. Monacher suddenly sees Aqua and UO.

“I FOUND SOME PEOPLE!” Monacher yelled

The troops helped Aqua and UO away from the fight and closer to the troop transport craft, but the Kaiju fight was getting scarily closer. The Golden Deceiver tried to bite at the Devourer’s neck, but the Devourer smacked it away. The Devourer pushed the Deceiver back and then was about to smack it when the Deceiver suddenly bit the Devourer on the neck. The Deceiver suddenly sprouted a pair of wings and started to fly up. The Deceiver suddenly slammed the Devourer on the ground, but the Devourer quickly grabbed the long neck of the Deceiver and applied pressure onto it. The Deceiver let go, and the Devourer blasted the Deceiver with an Unlimited blast. The Unlimited blast pushed the Deceiver back into a building. Meanwhile, while Xander, Adult Ruby, Rea, Post-Inkla, and Cataclysma were getting Kenshin out of the Andromedish hospital when Kenshin prayed to the Andromedish dragon of good after seeing the fight from afar.

“Oh, Shishara, please help us” Kenshin prayed

The Unlimited Devourer kept blasting the Deceiver with its Unlimited Breath when suddenly the sky behind the Deceiver started to glow a bright blue. Shishara had suddenly slammed the Golden Deceiver into a building, and the Building had put the Deceiver’s front legs and wings into a fixed position. The Golden Deceiver started to pick away at the building, trying to get the parts of the building off of it, when suddenly, the Unlimited Devourer blasted the Golden Deceiver with a much stronger unlimited breath. The Golden Deceiver looked back up at Shishara and growled angrily. Shishara started to fly back in to attack the Golden Deceiver when a giant flaming badger suddenly attacked Shishara. As Monacher, Aqua, UO, and Elex return to the troop transport ship, the Golden Deceiver falls right onto the transport ship and explodes.

“SHIT, how are we going to leave this hell now!?!” Monacher said

“I don’t know!?!” Aqua said

Suddenly, a car rams itself in between the stadium gates.

“GET IN!” An Inkversian lieutenant yelled

Monacher and Elex nodded, and the four immediately got in. The car drove through the battle, and an Inkversian fighter jet suddenly flew straight into a building from the Shishara and Badger fighting.

“WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING!?!” Aqua yelled

“Mass Kaiju fight, dammit!” Monacher yelled

“I SAW THAT!” Aqua yelled back

Suddenly, the Golden Deceiver was thrown back into the area where they were about to drive to.

“HOLY SHIT!” The lieutenant yelled

The Lieutenant drives quicker away but the Golden Deceiver sees Aqua in the car and starts to follow it. The lieutenant checked his rearviewmirror and sees the Deceiver attempting to follow the car.

“SHITSHITSHIT!” The Lieutenant yelled

The Unlimited Devourer slams the Golden Deceiver into the ground and lifts its forward right foot, preparing to stomp on the Golden Deceiver. The Deceiver dodges out of the way and then sees an electrical generator. The Golden Deceiver bites the generator, and the Unlimited Devourer’s eyes dilate. The Golden Deceiver shoots out a blinding blast of electrical light, sending the Unlimited Devourer back into a building.

“THE DEVOURER IS REACHING CRITICAL POWER 5 MINUTES BEFORE IT BECOMES CALAMITOUS!” Inkmatas yelled

“Tell all remaining craft to retreat!” Hakai said

“But we can’t leave them there!” Astra said

“We will all be killed if we don’t!” Hakai said

“Fine” Astra said

Meanwhile, Shishara was thrown into a building, and the Badger laid its fiery underbelly on Shishara. The Badger tried to bite the head of Shishara but missed the first time; it tried again but missed again, and then it tried a third time but was suddenly blasted by Shishara’s blast of greatness. The Badger fell to the ground. Shishara quickly got back up but laid on the building. Meanwhile, the Unlimited Devourer roared at the Golden Deceiver, and the Golden Deceiver “jumped” using its wings to propel itself off the ground. The Unlimited Devourer grabs the front two legs of the Golden Deceiver and tries to pull it down. The Golden Deceiver suddenly starts to lift the Unlimited Devourer in the air. Meanwhile, the Lieutenant, Monacher, Elex, UO, and Aqua drove to a troop transport ship still there. Aqua looked behind them and saw the Golden Deceiver lifting the Unlimited Devourer further in the air.

“What the hell!?!” Aqua said

“What is it?” The lieutenant said

“This golden dragon is lifting the Unlimited Devourer high!” Aqua said

“That's unusual” Monacher said

The Golden Deceiver soon lifted the Unlimited Devourer into the Atmosphere of Asteri and dropped the Unlimited Devourer. The Unlimited Devourer fell from the Atmosphere and started to burn up; the Unlimited Devourer roared painfully and angrily at the Golden Deceiver. The Devourer’s spacial fins quickly glowed bright, but it was too late as the Unlimited Devourer hit the ground. Profaned dust was blasted everywhere, and soon, the Golden Deceiver landed 50 feet in front of the Unlimited Devourer. The Unlimited Devourer looks at the Golden Deceiver with a look of anger but mostly pain.

“Go back!” Aqua said

“ARE YOU F**KING INSANE!?!” The lieutenant said

“Maybe!” Aqua said

“WE AREN’T GOING BACK!” The lieutenant yelled

The car drove into the troop transport. Monacher, UO, Elex, and the Lieutenant got out, and Aqua seized her opportunity. Aqua quickly got in the Driver’s seat and started to drive out of the troop transport vessel and toward the Kaijus.

“What is she doing!?!” The Lieutenant yelled

“She’s saving the Devourer” Elex said

“Shit” Monacher said

Aqua drove closer to the Deceiver and Devourer. The Deceiver approached the downed Devourer when suddenly Shishara bit the back of the Deceiver’s neck. The Deceiver roared angrily and spun around angrily, which launched Shishara off of it. Aqua grabbed a flare gun that was in the car pocket and then shot it in the air. The Deceiver saw the flare and started to run toward Aqua’s car.

“Yeah, follow me” Aqua said

The Deceiver slammed itself through the already broken buildings. The Deceiver tried biting at the car but missed, and then the Deceiver blasted behind the car, which launched the car far. Aqua crawled out of the destroyed car and saw the Deceiver land 30 feet before her. The Deceiver bellowed at Aqua and approached her. As the Deceiver was getting closer to Aqua, the Deceiver suddenly heard a familiar growl and looked up.

W-what?” Aqua said

The Deceiver turned around to see the noise and saw the Devourer… the Devourer was a calamitous dark red. The Golden Deceiver roared at the Devourer, but the Devourer’s spacial fins were glowing a Calamitous red.

“I will see her… in heaven” Aqua groaned

Aqua accepted her fate — suddenly, she was put into Shishara’s hand, and Shishara flew away from the scene.

“W-what?” Aqua weakly said

The Calamitous Devourer’s spacial fins charging made a sound relative to a laser cleaner on certain metals. The Golden Deceiver blasted the Calamitous Devourer with its electrical beam, but to no effect. The Calamitous Devourer blasted the Golden Deceiver with a much stronger Calamitous beam. The beam quickly made a hole in the Deceivers chest area. The Deceiver fell back, but the Calamitous Devourer stomped on the Deceiver’s remaining chest area, which caused a 5-mile-wide explosion in a blinding flash. After 30 minutes of nothing happening, the Golden Deceiver’s head appears out of a pile of architectural rubble. Suddenly, more of the wreckage had fallen, revealing the Unlimited Devourer, who had the remaining parts of the Deceiver’s head slammed on the ground.

“Holy shit” Monacher said

The Unlimited Devourer started to charge an Unlimited Breath and got a tighter grip on the head. The Unlimited Devourer blasted the head of the Golden Deceiver far into the atmosphere.

“Jesus… I’m glad it hated the Golden thing more than us” Elex said

“For now” UO said

The Unlimited Devourer suddenly saw many other Kaiju approach it; the Badger chuffed at the Devourer. A cobra Kaiju, a bee Kaiju, and two others approached the Unlimited Devourer. The Unlimited Devourer had growled at the Kaiju, and the Kaiju bowed to the Unlimited Devourer. Soon, a day later, Aqua is in a hospital bed, and she hallucinates a specific face.

“Seven?” Aqua said

The hallucination suddenly becomes more apparent, and Aqua hears a specific noise.

“Veemo”
