This legal maneuver aims to challenge the outrageous $464 million appeal bond levied against Trump following a New York civil fraud judgment, arguing it as an excessive fine. Echoing this sentiment, Vivek Ramaswamy today posted on X, "The 8th Amendment was designed to protect against excessive fines or bail imposed to achieve unjust ends. Letitia James’ crusade against Trump fits that to a tee. She should be disbarred."

This collective perspective underscores the potential for Trump to leverage constitutional protections against what these experts deem disproportionate penalties and asset seizures by New York State Attorney General Letitia James, including significant properties like the Trump Building and Trump Tower. The consensus among these legal authorities suggests a path forward for Trump to elevate this issue through the federal court system, possibly reaching the Supreme Court, to assert the fundamental importance of safeguarding against undue financial and legal burdens.

First off, the case should be thrown out since no actual crime or infringement has been committed. The alleged party "harmed", the bank, is not filing a case against Trump. This is a clear, cut and dry legal suit that will fail due to lack of evidence of any harm or monetary damage suffered by the "bank". Trump will be able to counter-sue the DA for harassment or fraud or false-claim, etc.

CIA blocked interview with Hunter’s sugar daddy Kevin Morris.

In August 2021, when IRS investigators were preparing to meet with Kevin Morris, the CIA intervened to stop the interview. The CIA summoned two DOJ officials to CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia for a briefing regarding Mr. Morris. At that meeting, it was communicated that Mr. Morris could not be a witness in the investigation.
